Adedeji “Deji” Oyedele is the Founder of PMQuotient and a certified Project, PMO, and Agile Transformation Leader with over two decades of experience delivering complex strategic initiatives across telecommunications, mobility, payments, government, and digital services.
He holds leading professional certifications including PMP, DASSM, DAVSC, SAFe Agilist, and SAFe POPM, reflecting advanced capability in project delivery, agile leadership, value stream optimisation, product ownership, and enterprise transformation.
Deji helps organisations build predictable delivery systems, strengthen PMO governance, optimise value streams, and develop the people capability required to deliver measurable business outcomes. His work combines enterprise delivery experience with practical agility, governance, executive reporting, and capability development.
He has led and advised on major initiatives including national payment infrastructure, digital platforms, agile delivery transformations, enterprise PMO improvements, and technology-enabled business change.
